Zesto Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

Zesto is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and can agree to these Terms.

2. App Purpose

Zesto is a makeup video studio that allows users to browse beauty videos, post makeup videos with descriptions, manage a local creator profile, like and favorite videos, and use safety tools such as reporting and blocking.

3. Your Account and Profile

You are responsible for the profile information, nickname, avatar, bio, videos, and descriptions you provide. Keep your information accurate and do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the videos, captions, profile details, and other content you submit. By posting content in Zesto, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and moderate that content for the purpose of operating and improving the app.

5. Content Rules

You agree not to upload, post, or share content that:

• Is illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, or exploitative.
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or content that endangers minors.
• Promotes violence, self-harm, discrimination, scams, or dangerous activity.
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Includes misleading, spam-like, or malicious content.

6. Safety, Reports, and Blocking

Zesto provides report and block tools to help users manage safety concerns. We may review reported content, remove content, restrict access, or take other action when we believe these Terms or safety standards have been violated.

7. Permissions

Some features require device permissions, such as camera, microphone, photo library, or tracking permission. You can manage permissions in your device settings. If you deny a permission, some related features may not work.

Zesto, including its name, design, branding, software, and app experience, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the app except as allowed by law.

• Do not access the app using automated, abusive, or unauthorized methods.
• Do not attempt to bypass moderation, safety, or access controls.
• Do not use Zesto for unlawful activity or to harm other users.

10. Disclaimer

Zesto is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Beauty content in the app is for general sharing and entertainment and is not professional medical, dermatological, or safety advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zesto and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

12. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to Zesto if we believe you violated these Terms, created safety risks, infringed rights, or misused the app. You may stop using the app at any time.
